Water painting booths
All standard tecno azzurra machines are ce marked and ready for use.
Standard configuration:
- extractor with anti-sparking safety system
- atex lighting
- main structure formed by self-supporting galvanized panels with non-cutting edges
- filter clogging detection system
- lv control panel wired with flame-retardant cable
- glass fiber filter installed in special drawers which can be easily extracted from the front of the machine
- double water curtain
- lower curtain can be opened to facilitate cleaning inside machine
- lower air stabilizing profile to increase extraction efficiency
- vertical axis electric pump without mechanical seals installed outside machine in special collection chamber for a fast and easy maintenance
- water storage tank sand-blasted, electro-welded and painted with special paints
- tank emptying system
- all our machines can be manufactured, either fully or partly, from aisi 304/316 stainless steel.
